Adults are human being or any other animal that has attained complete growth.The biological meaning of the term is an animal reaching sexual maturity, which makes it capable of reproduction. In the human context an adult's term has implications that are based on moral and social concepts. In contrast to "minor" (or "non-adult" legally-aged adult refers to a person who has achieved an age at which they are majority. They are regarded as responsible, independent and capable. You can refer to them as a "major". The age at which a child turns an adult legally is 18 years old, however the definition of legal maturity is different based on the legal or country system in place, and also the psychological condition of the child.

When a human reaches full intellectual and physical maturity, this is called adulthood. Adulthood is typically thought of as beginning at age 20 or 21 years. The middle age stage, which begins approximately 40 years of age, is followed by old age at about 60 years old. As we grow older, there are three distinct phases: Early adulthood (18-30 years) and Middle Adulthood (30-60 year olds) and Late adulthood (60%-60 percent). When we reach early adulthood the body is at the fullest physical maturation. Yet, our body's size and weight could increase. Our physical capabilities are peaking at the age of young adulthood. It includes strength of muscles in addition to reflex time, the sensors, and the heart's function.
